A miracle in Our Midst:

About eight weeks ago, a woman was raised from the dead during our Sunday night service. Her name is Sarah, and she attends our services regularly. During a baby dedication Sarah slumped over and began to fall to the floor. Her friend, who was sitting next to her, caught her by the arm, and I was able to get there in time to prevent her from smashing her face into the floor. We managed to get her back up in the seat, and immediately checked for a pulse and breathing. We were not able to find either at that time.

I looked at Sarah’s friend, and said, “I believe she has passed on to be with the Lord, Ronita.” As soon as the words had left my mouth, I put my right hand on Sarah’s chest and spoke quietly in her ear commanding the spirit of death to leave Sarah. When I did this my eyes opened into another realm, and I saw a golden swirling mist begin to come down from the ceiling of the church, which then shot up both of Sarah’s nostrils. As this took place, Sarah gasped for breath. She still did not awaken, but as we continued to pray, her breathing slowly returned and we were able to feel a pulse in about a minute.

She was still limp, and had to be held up. However, at this time Sarah’s eyes opened and she looked at me startled and said, “There is something warm inside me and it is pushing out the cold.” (Sarah had no idea that I had seen this supernatural breath of life coming from Heaven and entering her nostrils.) After a few more minutes Sarah regained the ability to move properly, and color returned to her face. She did not remember anything about the incident.

I want to add here that one of the children being dedicated, named Max, just 4 years old, was then sent back to pray for Sarah by Pastor John. He had not seen what was taking place because the baby dedication continued to go on in the front of the congregation. Max came back, and anointed Sarah’s forehead with oil, grabbed her hand with his and prayed, “Death will not catch you!” What four year old says something like that? It was truly amazing.

We sent Sarah to the hospital to be checked out, but after three days of testing they were unable to find anything wrong with her. Even the blood pressure issue she had been battling with was gone, and an injury to her arm was healed, too! God did a miraculous thing right in the midst of our worship.

The following morning as I was reading my bible, I read the verse in Gen. 2:7, “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” This was just what I had seen happen to Sarah! God is amazing! He is alive and cares about us!
